At approximately 8:11 AM, Twin State Bethlehem Ambulance was dispatched to 840 Swayze Lane in Bethlehem, New Hampshire for a medical emergency. According to dispatch reports, an 81-year-old female was conscious and alert but shaking with symptoms of low blood sugar. A glucose reading indicated high blood sugar. The patient was breathing normally.
At about 8:53 AM, the incident was upgraded to a stroke alert. Ambulance personnel requested Littleton Emergency Room be notified of a stroke alert for the same 81-year-old female. The patient was reported to be on no blood thinners, with an estimated time of arrival at Littleton ER of 12 to 15 minutes as of 8:54 AM. Further details on her condition are limited at this time.
