At approximately 11:02 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence on Union Street in St. Johnsbury for a 76-year-old male who is 10 days post-op from colon cancer surgery. The patient received an iron infusion yesterday and is now weak, experiencing difficulty walking and breathing, and reporting blood in the stool. Crews from Northwood Ambulance and St. Johnsbury Fire Department are on scene. Further details are limited at this time.
