At approximately 10:18 PM, Vermont State Police issued a lookout for a Subaru with plate King X-ray Victor 744 reported driving erratically all over the roadway, possibly at 55 miles per hour, without headlights on Route 5 heading toward St. Johnsbury. The vehicle was last seen passing the United Baptist Church. Officers are actively searching for the vehicle.
