At approximately 8:56 PM, a Lisbon Police officer reported a vehicle with lane control issues traveling west on Route 117 near mile marker 117. The subject vehicle, described as a red Chevrolet Cruze with a plate starting with 484, was observed crossing the yellow line and traveling under the speed limit, indicating possible impairment. Another officer was en route to assist with a motor vehicle stop. At 8:59 PM, a records check was initiated on the plate. Later, at 9:20 PM, a call from Jeffrey Mullins was received in connection with the earlier complaint about the red vehicle. Authorities are investigating the incident further.
