At 3:11 PM, Lisbon Police received a report of a white motorcycle traveling towards Lisbon on Route 302, passing vehicles at a high rate of speed in the middle of traffic. Units were dispatched and were attempting to locate the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. Further details are limited at this time.
