At 5:04 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a one-car rollover on Vermont Route 14 north in Albany. Initial reports indicate a male and a female were involved. At 5:11 PM, Newport Police updated that the female passenger has a head injury and was reportedly belligerent. Twin State towing was on scene assisting. The extent of the male's injuries, if any, is unknown at this time. Newport Police and Orleans Ambulance are on scene.
