Observatory Knob plan talks continue, spending capped

The town of St. Johnsbury's effort to finalize a management plan for Observatory Knob will take longer than expected, but cannot cost any additional money, a member of the Knob committee told the select board this week.

The committee is working on a long-term plan for the town-owned property, a prominent hill with views often used for recreation and community events. The select board has not set a new deadline for the plan's completion.

No specific proposals or costs were discussed at the meeting.
