At approximately 10:59 PM, police received a noise complaint at 417 South Road. Callers reported that a dog had been barking nonstop for over an hour. Units were dispatched to investigate.

According to a responding officer, they lit the house, activated the siren multiple times, and banged on the door for a while, but no one answered.
