At approximately 7:46 AM, Grafton County Sheriff's deputies responded to a noise complaint at 256 River Road in Piermont. The caller reported that construction noise had been occurring since around 5:40 AM and had been ongoing for several days. Deputies were dispatched to investigate the situation.
