At 8:04 AM, Newport Ambulance and police were dispatched to 73 Maple Lane in Newport for a medical emergency. Initial reports indicate a 67-year-old male in the dining room was experiencing difficulty breathing. Responders arrived on scene at approximately 8:10 AM and are assessing the patient.
