At 6:59 a.m., Newbury EMS was dispatched to 4916 Spaulding Road in West Newbury for a 64-year-old male experiencing difficulty breathing. According to initial reports, the patient has a history of COPD and did not obtain relief from his inhaler. Woodsville Ambulance was also requested to assist with the call. At 7:02 a.m., a Newbury EMS unit confirmed they were responding to the scene. At 7:25 a.m., crews confirmed they had arrived on scene.
