At approximately 4:15 PM, emergency crews were dispatched to 39 Riverside Avenue in Littleton for a medical emergency. According to first responders, a 78-year-old female was conscious, breathing, alert, and reported shortness of breath and shaking. Twin State Ambulance and Littleton Fire responded to the scene. Further details are pending.
