At approximately 9:28 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to I-93 southbound near mile marker 95.4 in Woodstock for a medical emergency. A 51-year-old male, who is conscious, breathing, and alert, is bleeding through a tube from recent hernia surgery. According to emergency dispatches, the patient's abdomen is filling with blood. The patient is in a white Subaru Crosstrek on the side of the highway.
