Emergency crews responded to I-93 North in Woodstock on Saturday afternoon for a report of an unconscious man in a vehicle. At approximately 2:41 PM, dispatchers received a call for a 55-year-old male who was not alert and had passed out in his car at the Exit 31 off-ramp. Responding units reported the man was conscious but breathing and not alert. The vehicle was moved to the off-ramp area. Additional details on the cause of the medical episode are not yet available. Crews from Woodstock Fire and EMS are on scene. The incident remains under investigation.
