At approximately 10:11 AM, emergency personnel were dispatched to 1668 Daniel Webster Highway in Woodstock for a 68-year-old female who was conscious and breathing but reported that her head spins every time she opens her eyes. The condition may be related to a fall earlier in the week in which she hit her head and sustained a cut. Responders were advised that entry to the studio apartment is through a side door. Further details are pending.
