At approximately 6:07 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a medical emergency at 40 South Main Street, apartment 3, in Lisbon, New Hampshire. According to first responders, a 31-year-old female had a needle stuck in her foot and stated she was about to pass out. Lisbon Ambulance responded to the scene. Further details are pending.
