At approximately 11:59 PM, Twin State Lisbon Ambulance was dispatched to 76 North Main Street in Lisbon for a 36-year-old female experiencing shortness of breath and a racing heart. The patient was conscious, breathing, and alert, and possible alcohol consumption was noted. Paramedics are on scene providing care.
