At approximately 9:49 AM, Lincoln emergency responders were dispatched to 28 Pollard Road for an elderly female who was conscious and breathing but had not slept or eaten for several days and was reporting significant pain. Responders requested a response without lights or siren. At 9:54 AM, dispatch received a 911 call stating that the female could not get up to unlock the door and that the door was locked. A second tone was issued at 9:52 AM. Further details are limited at this time.
