At approximately 5:07 PM, St. Johnsbury Fire Department and Calex Ambulance were dispatched to 1187 Main Street for a medical emergency. According to initial reports, a 61-year-old female reported not feeling well and was experiencing tightness in her chest. Crews were directed to the front lobby of the building. The patient was evaluated by responders.
