At 9:21 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 401 Western Avenue for an unknown medical emergency involving a male subject on the front lawn. St. Johnsbury Fire Department, Calex Ambulance, and police were requested to respond. A paramedic was also called to the scene at approximately 9:29 AM. Calex 1 arrived on scene shortly after dispatch. At approximately 9:46 AM, responding units reported clearing the scene and returning to service. Further details are pending.
