At 3:02 AM, Woodsville Ambulance (Twin State) was dispatched to 23 Reed Lane in North Haverhill for a medical call. According to initial reports, an 89-year-old female was conscious and alert but experiencing left-sided weakness, difficulty speaking, and shortness of breath. The call was classified as a 28 Charlie (stroke) response. Emergency crews are en route. Further details are pending.
