At approximately 10:49 PM, Capital Dispatch received a medical call for a 60-year-old male who was unable to urinate at 87 Elm Street in Montpelier. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene. The nature of the medical issue is not yet clear. Authorities are evaluating the patient.
