At approximately 8:45 PM, Newport Ambulance and Newport Police were dispatched to a park in Newport for a medical emergency. According to initial reports, a female was experiencing shaking, leg pain, and difficulty breathing. Crews arrived on scene by 8:51 PM. At approximately 9:08 PM, responders were en route to North Country Hospital with the patient. By 9:14 PM, units reported arrival at the hospital, and by 9:28 PM, all units were back in service.
