At approximately 8:01 PM, emergency dispatchers received a medical call for an 83-year-old female who was confused and in pain. Initially reported at 22 Rich Street, responders later determined the correct address to be 35 Rich Street. The patient, identified only as an elderly female, was described as very confused. Additional details are pending.
