At approximately 1:58 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 2957 Main Street in Littleton for a 39-year-old female experiencing psychosis. According to first responders, the patient was hallucinating, talking to a water bubbler, and was considered at risk for harming herself. Police and EMS were requested. The patient was located in the dining room of the facility. No weapons were reported. Further details are pending.
