Medical Call for 93-Year-Old Woman Who Fell in Derby

At approximately 5:59 AM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to Michaud Manor at 47 Herrick Road in Derby for a 93-year-old female who fell and hit her head on a table. According to initial reports, the woman did not have a visible bump on her head and was conscious and alert. She was also experiencing left hip pain.

Responding units arrived on scene shortly after the dispatch. The patient was evaluated and prepared for transport as needed.
