Ambulance Responds to Fall in Derby, No Injuries

Newport Ambulance was dispatched at approximately 12:25 AM on June 2, 2026 to a location in Derby for a report that a 78-year-old male had fallen. Initial reports indicate the man was uninjured and conscious. Newport Police also responded to the scene. Unit Newport 10 arrived at the scene at 12:28 AM. After evaluation, the unit cleared the call at approximately 12:40 AM and returned to service. No transport was needed.
