At approximately 10:30 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 9 High Street in Woodsville, the location of Woodsville High School, for a medical call during graduation ceremonies. Initial reports indicate a 16-year-old subject passed out but is now alert. According to first responders, the patient was conscious and talking upon arrival. Additional reports from the scene indicate the patient was outside at a medical tent. Police requested an ambulance and advised responders that no lights or sirens were needed, indicating the patient's condition was stable. Crews were directed to the medical tent upon arrival. The nature of the medical episode is under investigation. Additional units were called to the scene as a precaution. The patient's current condition is unknown, and crews remain on scene.
