At approximately 11:09 AM, fire department units were dispatched to a library after a report of a possible fire. Initial dispatch communications indicated that the area was to be converged to the library. Engine 4 arrived on scene at 11:18 AM. At 11:18 AM, responding units confirmed they were on scene and handling the situation. The nature of the incident is under investigation.
