Fire Alarm and Wire Down on Webster Street in St. Johnsbury

At approximately 5:01 PM, St. Johnsbury Fire was dispatched to a fire alarm at 231 Webster Street. Engine 3 and Engine 1 responded. Upon arrival, crews reported a wire on the ground and advised of a cable service line to the residence at 253 Webster. At approximately 5:14 PM, Engine 1 cleared the scene, reporting no hazards and marking the wire with caution tape before returning to service.
