At approximately 1:38 PM on July 11, 2026, Lyndonville Fire Department was dispatched to the Lyndon Town School on Lily Pond Road for a general fire alarm activation. Multiple units responded. At 1:46 PM, units arrived on scene and reported no alarm sounding and nothing visible. A representative on scene advised the alarm company that there was no emergency and that the alarm could not be shut off. The incident was resolved without further action.
