At approximately 6:14 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to Pines Rehab on Red Village Road in Lyndon for a fire alarm activation. Lyndon Rescue unit 92 responded to the scene. By 6:34 AM, the alarm was determined to be false and units cleared the scene, returning to available status.
