At approximately 12:02 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 1 Mechanics Street, Unit 331, in St. Johnsbury for a report of a female found incoherent. Initial reports indicate she is complaining of knee pain and swollen ankles. The circumstances of how she arrived at the location are unknown. St. Johnsbury Police and Ambulance responded to the scene.
