At approximately 5:28 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 279 Old Concord Road for an 87-year-old male who fell out of bed. The man is bleeding from his head and elbow but is conscious and breathing. Calex Ambulance is on scene. At 5:58 AM, St. Johnsbury Engine 3 requested manpower assistance at the scene. At 5:59 AM, a second request for manpower was made, and the Fire Alarm office also dispatched additional units. It is unclear if Vermont State Police were notified, and it is uncertain if a trooper will respond.
