At approximately 12:41 PM, Vermont State Police issued a be-on-the-lookout for a white pickup truck last seen on Route 5 West heading toward Troy. The vehicle was reported driving erratically, including in the opposite lane without passing. The truck has a Washington Place plate and the plate begins with Harley, Ebra, but the full plate is not yet known.
