At approximately 6:17 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 3010 Vermont Route 100 in Lowell for a report of a female in a silver car that appeared to be nodding off. Tri-Rescue and Newport Police responded to the scene. Initial reports indicate the female was unresponsive in the vehicle. Further details are pending.

At approximately 6:31 AM, first responders cleared the scene and reported no patient was found in need of assistance. The call was closed without transport.
