At approximately 2:19 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a possible untimely death at 34 Foley Hill Road in Ryegate, Vermont. Twin State dispatched Groton-Ryegate EMS and Woodsville Ambulance to the scene. Multiple tones were issued as crews worked to respond.
