At approximately 12:58 p.m., state police were notified of a vehicle in the breakdown lane on southbound I-93 between mile markers 96.2 and 96.4. According to reports, the vehicle was missing its front driver-side wheel and resting on its axle. The passenger-side door was open, and callers did not see anyone inside. Authorities are investigating the incident.
