Suspicious Activity in Franconia Resolved

At approximately 12:43 PM, Franconia police issued a be-on-the-lookout (BOL) for a dark sedan with no front license plate operated by a black female wearing a hoodie, after a report of suspicious activity around a residence in Franconia. An officer on Wallace Hill reported locating the vehicle at 142 Wallace Hill and described the individual now wearing a flagger jacket. At approximately 1:01 PM, dispatch announced the cancellation of the bulletin, confirming the vehicle had been located in Franconia. Police have cleared the scene.
