Difficulty Breathing Call in St. Johnsbury

At 9:26 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026, emergency responders were dispatched to 1187 Main Street in St. Johnsbury for a female experiencing difficulty breathing. The call came in to the St. Johnsbury Police Department reporting a female on the front steps of the building. Calex Ambulance responded, and additional units from St. Johnsbury Fire Department were also dispatched. According to initial reports, responders were arriving on scene shortly after the initial call. Further details are limited at this time.
