Creditors of Susan Moulton estate notified

The Orleans Probate Court has published a notice to creditors for the estate of Susan Moulton, who was a resident of Newport Center. Creditors are required to present any claims against the estate in writing within four months of the first publication of the notice, which appeared on July 15, 2026.

The notice, dated July 8, 2026, was issued by Joanne Hammond, the executor appointed to administer the estate. Claims must be submitted to Hammond's attorney, Launa L. Slater of Wiener & Slater, PLLC in Burlington, with a copy sent to the Orleans Probate Court at 247 Main Street in Newport. Claims not filed within the four-month period may be barred forever.
