At 7:55 PM, emergency dispatchers received a 9-1-1 hang-up call initially thought to be from the Lafayette Elder Center in Littleton. The caller hung up before the operator could answer, and subsequent callbacks went unanswered.
At approximately 8:08 PM, dispatchers learned the correct address was 35 Rich Street, belonging to Joan Charbonneau. According to responders, she appeared very confused. A unit reported being on scene at 8:10 PM.
