At 11:15 PM on July 2, 2026, the Franconia Fire Department was dispatched to 346 Middersdale Road in Franconia for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. According to dispatch, the alarm was sounding with no reported illness. Firefighters responded to the scene.
At around 11:49 PM, command reported that the building had been ventilated and a zero reading was obtained. The incident was terminated and units returned to service.
