At approximately 12:22 p.m., first responders were dispatched to 46 Agassiz Street in Bethlehem for a 59-year-old woman experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath. According to initial reports from Twin State dispatch, the patient was conscious and alert. Bethlehem Ambulance, assisted by Littleton Fire Department through mutual aid, responded to the scene. No further details have been released at this time.
