Burke Mountain Resort has opened its mountain biking trails for the season, welcoming riders to the Northeast Kingdom's premier downhill and cross-country network. The resort, located in East Burke, Vermont, offers a range of trails from beginner to expert, including lift-served downhill runs.
Resort police confirmed the opening in a social media post and video, noting that the warm weather allowed for an early start. Some new trail features and improved drainage have been added for the 2025 season.
The bike park operates Thursday through Monday, with lift tickets available online. Riders are encouraged to check trail conditions before heading up, as spring weather can cause temporary closures.
