The Orleans County Fairgrounds in Barton could receive an enterprise grant of up to $200,000 for major upgrades, pending a successful application by the Town of Barton. The selectboard voted Wednesday to authorize the application process. Elyse Oliver, temporarily employed by the town for economic development, will handle the application.
