Community National Bank (CNB) President and CEO Christopher Caldwell has announced the promotion of Ashley Jacobs to Island Pond Office Manager and Bank Officer. Jacobs, who has been with the bank for nearly six years as a teller before becoming office supervisor in 2022, takes on the new role effective immediately.
Jacobs is a graduate of North Country Union High School and holds a Business Communication Certificate and a Modern Branch Professional Certificate from the Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance (CFTEA). She also is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking. Outside of work, she serves as board chair for the Trustees of the Island Pond Library.
Jacobs resides in Island Pond with her husband, Dana; their eight-year-old son, Spencer; and their dog, Remy. Community National Bank, based in Derby, has been serving Vermont communities since 1851.
