At 4:25 PM, dispatchers reported a 911 open line in the area of the Dutch Treat restaurant in Franconia, New Hampshire. The call appears to have been placed from inside the restaurant, but no one is answering on the other end. RapidSOS data indicates the call originated from inside the establishment. Grafton and Sugar Hill Fire units are responding. The situation is under investigation.
