At approximately 7:00 PM, Orleans Ambulance and Newport Police were dispatched to 23 East Street in Orleans for an 85-year-old male with COPD complaining of difficulty breathing and warm to the touch. Units arrived on scene at 7:04 PM and are assessing the patient.
