At approximately 7:09 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 208 Dogwood in St. Johnsbury for a 73-year-old man with injuries. A nurse ambulance was attached and additional resources were requested. Shortly thereafter, at approximately 7:17 AM, dispatchers issued an ALS tone seeking two to three additional responders for manpower at the scene. Further details are pending.
